Being a virgin to BlogHer, I had NO CLUE that tickets would sell out so fast. The Big BlogHer conference is still 4 months away, and I was saving my pennies to go (and secretly hoping for a sponsor).
So, obviously it was a shock to me when I went online to register and it was a no go.

I have been blogging on this blog for 2 years, and have yet to go to a single convention. I have met so many new people in the past year through this blog, and also on twitter, that I feel totally left out by not being able to attend. In year’s past, BlogHer wasn’t such a big deal to me, but since I have been networking with other mom bloggers and PR peeps this year it really made sense. PLUS it is in Chicago, much closer to me than anywhere on the west coast.
I love being a mom blogger, it gives me a chance to write about my life and vent if needed, and has opened doors to new opportunities which I LOVE sharing with my readers.
I am crossing my fingers that I win this ticket and can attend BlogHer ‘09 with all the other amazing blogging women!
