I am the first to admit I have a clothing buying addiction for my little princess. I regularly buy the latest Gap and Gymboree specifically because they have matching lines that make dressing easy. My daughter has her own ideas when it comes to dressing herself.
I went back in the archives to find this gem of a combination she wanted to wear out of the house…

At first glance this doesn’t seem so bad, but if you are a Gymboree addict like me you would notice there is line mixing of 3 lines minimum (you can’t see the shoes!)
Luckily for my daughter I do let her express herself, even though I cringe at some of her choices. She gets to pick out her outfit every day to wear to preschool and I try to encourage her to choose matching pieces, but if she doesn’t that’s OK too.
She must enjoy fashion as much as I do because she is simply obsessed with the Polly Pocket Dolls and mixing and matching their outfits. I just found out that there is a new Polly out called Pop N’ Swap Fashion Frenzy which she is going to love!
