I admit when Family Review Network offered me to do a review of Flirty Girl Fitness I had no idea what I was in for. Since I can stand to lose more than a few pounds I was up for the challenge to review a few workout DVDs.
When Flirty Girl Fitness arrived in my mailbox I was greeted with a bright pink feather boa, 4 DVDs, and a cute little pink storage box. Hmmm feather boa?
Upon closer inspection the DVDs are appropriately named- Booty Beat, Just Teasing, Chair Dance, and Chair fit. This is not your typical workout collection.
I figured I was game and popped in Booty Beat. Wow, did this bring back some memories of my college days. It also made me fully aware of just how my body is not as limber as it used to be…
The workout was fun though, especially in the privacy of my own home. This is a workout series you will want to take part in when the kids are not around. The last thing you want your kids to witness is mommy doing the “Booty Shake” or the “Stripper Stretch”, husbands will surely enjoy it though.
Overall, I did enjoy the workout and it really does workout those leg muscles. This is a fun exercise series for fun, flirty girls who want to let loose…and lose a few pounds!

Went to the website to call and ask some questions and got a machine. All they wanted was money. I couldn’t ask any questions, like how long the workouts were. I won’t be giving them a dime if I can’t talk to someone.
Flirty girl fitness isn’t that great. I barely broke a sweat.
My belly dance video was way more of workout.

VERY MISLEADING, LADIES!!!!! I recently ordered the Teaser Pack, and was signed up for subsequent shipments. Then they gave my phone number and address to telemarketers that kept calling to try to sell me a bunch of junk “memberships” that I didn’t want or need. They should put a disclaimer IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION saying that you’d be signed up for some kind of club. Instead, there were extra links to click on that would lead you to this information. I can see why they’d go through a convoluted process of letting you know you’d been signed up for extra shipments- the videos I got weren’t even that great. They were cute little “workouts”, but not much to get excited over. It’s a good thing they were only $10, but don’t be surprised if you see them showing up in bargain bins near you.
Today I received my Flirty Girl Fitness Pole Set and honestly after reading sooo many reviews I was nervous but truth is its perfect. To kill some of the talk the customer service from the beginning has been wonderful both on the phone and online chat, I ordered my Pole set with the 7 DVDs on the 17th and recieved it 4 days later on the 21st so super fast, when they tell you it could take up to 2 weeks. A lot of wonderment I had was about the quality of the pole, now granted I dont have anything to compare it to but the pole is VERY sturdy and was easy to put together. It was not flimsy like some say and it was able to hold my friend who weighs 180lbs (though not recommended for tricks) with no problem. I thought the DVD’s were very helpful and instructional and I find this to be very satisfying. I have wanted one of these since I was 10yrs old, so I was very picky and this definitely passed! So if your considering it I say go for it!

this program stinks!! there is nothing special about it..and like stated above…they will bill you $60 a month…i had to call several times to get them to stop and still have not received any refunds…although i never received another package from them…never again
Thank you for sharing !thinner lighter faster ipad 2 is a great improvement in the high technology times !It is greater than you dream it about !I got one last week , it is amazing. if you want ,this website is a good choice for you ! Its high quality and cheap price are satisfactory!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE> I got the fitness pole, they sent me two. The item is too large to fit in my apartment and too large to ship back. Customer service reps hardly have brains and were absolutely no help. I now have two 8 foot fitness poles and I have no idea what to do with them! I want my money back and the shipping for the second pole that was mistakingly sent refunded, but unless I want to rent a van and drive from NJ to CA I can’t seem to get anywhere. I am reporting them to my Credit Card Company as Fraud. Please save yourself the disaster and do not fall for this like I did.
Did I mention that the packages are too large to ship? USPS will not take them.
When I ordered Flirty girl fit I put down it to be a one time payment and I didn’t want any other products. The next month they took 30 dollars out of my account with out my permission and decided we would continue to send stuff I didn’t order. When I called the company they told me it would take over two weeks to get my money back. Which when I did the math it would take almost 4weeks I would have to wait for whatever they just sent me/ Then mail it back then week 2 weeks for my return. I had to go to my bank and cancel my card to get my payment back on my account. Just wanted to warn those of you who think your making a one time payment cause your not………
I’m with you Heather just don’t order this program it’s a rip off and those of you who had a good experience count it as a blessing!!!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTING. I think you have to be 20 something, never had children and not an ounce overweight to do these workouts. I can NOT catch some of these moves and she only teaches the move 1 or 2 times before she moves on. I need more practice before you run right in to the dance. And they don’t keep the camera on the moves. They just show these flat bellies over and over. YES…they look great. They obviously NEVER had children. And they are obviously EXPERIENCED dancers. SLOW DOWN. TEACH THE MOVES. KEEP THE CAMERA ON THE MOVES….not the bellies of these women. And the moves where you have to turn around…whats up with that. I can’t see what you’re doing if I have to turn around. I’ve very very very disappointed. I’m sure I will sell these on E-Bay. I think I’ll stick to Denise Austin. And the Weight Watcher DVD’s. I REALLY wanted to be able to do this. But she’s not a very good teacher at all. She’s a show off and all her women are experienced. It’s not realistic. Show us some still slightly overweight or unfit women doing this with you. If I wanted just watch someone else dance, I could go to the strip club and watch and have a much much better time. YEP> DISAPPOINTED. Extremely.
