How was your Fourth of July holiday this year? Did you spend it with family and friends? My husband and I had a spectacular Independence Day party with a dozen family members, including my mother, aunt and grandma, who came from out of town to celebrate with us.
The gathering was more of a feast because we had so much delicious food, highlighted by 10 racks of Tony Roma’s ribs! Yes, you read that right— 10 full slabs of Tony Roma’s World Famous Baby Back Ribs!
Cooking that many baby backs on the grill would normally be an impossible feat, but our secret was in the packaging: Tony Roma’s Ribs come pre-cooked and marinated in BBQ sauce, so we only had to heat & eat!
I had everyone bring a dish, so my husband and I could focus on grilling the ribs, veggie skewers and corn on the cob. My mother brought her famous deviled eggs and potato salad, my aunt brought a mouthwatering fruit pie, and my grandma was in charge of chips and drinks. It was quite a spread ... this wasn't even half of it!
The ribs took no time to cook, which meant we could spend less time at the grill and more time catching up with family. When it was time to eat, each person took a half-rack of Tony Roma’s Ribs and their choice of sides.
I swear the room went silent when we all started to eat. The ribs were sooooooo good! The BBQ sauce and seasoning was perfect and you would never have guessed in a million years that they came pre-cooked in a package. I loved the ribs so much that I had seconds. Yup. I downed a whole rack of Tony Roma’s Ribs on my own. My husband agreed that Tony Roma’s Rib were some of the best we’ve had at home.
Our celebration ended with full tummies, lots of leftovers and colored sparklers. We said our goodbyes to family and everyone promised to come back to our place for the next holiday … as long as we're serving Tony Roma’s Ribs!
Special thanks to Tony Roma's Ribs for providing me with a party pack including free product coupons. All opinions are my own.
