How Do You Drink Your Ovaltine? + Gift Basket Giveaway (Ended)

A few weeks ago, I told you about our new love for Ovaltine. Things haven’t changed since then, and I even have a new way to drink my Ovaltine…in coffee! Yes, it’s true. Ovaltine takes coffee to a new level with that chocolaty malt flavor. Yum! I just use a spoonful and mix it in with a splash of milk or cream. I have a feeling this would make an awesome blended drink with iced coffee. Now my heading is spinning with ideas…

I also found this recipe for Ovaltine Holiday Brownies that I am just dying to try. I’m beginning to think Ovaltine could replace cocoa powder and possibly chocolate in baking…what a great way to add some extra vitamins in there too!

My daughter is still drinking her Ovaltine with milk…happily. I love that she is getting extra vitamins and minerals, which is a treat for both of us. She now asks for Ovaltine by name, instead of asking for “chocolate milk”.
