With health and wellness being at the top of everyone’s minds this new year, there is no better way to jump start your fitness regime than with a customized daily pack of vitamins.
I have been taking a daily vitamin for years. I feel that it is essential to staying healthy and feeling better. I can tell the difference in my energy level and overall well being when I skip or miss my daily vitamin.
I also have had trouble in the past knowing which vitamins I should be taking. Does my body need more or less of something? And then also finding the right vitamin that won’t upset my stomach. This is usually due to low quality vitamins.
I was pretty excited when the brand of vitamins I normally take, Nature Made, had a new customizable monthly vitamin program that is based on a personal health survey.
Each days worth of vitamins are individually wrapped and sealed and come in a handy storage box. You can choose a one time shipment or auto-ship, which automatically ships and bills you your monthly supply.
I got the chance to try out VitaminID for a month, and I knew as soon as they arrived that I was going to love it.
Since I started taking them, I have never felt better. My energy level is way up and I feel less “foggy”. I like the program so much that I am going to continue it myself. I think the difference is that the vitamins are customized to me, and I am taking vitamins I didn’t normally take.
Here’s how it works. Start by going to VitaminID.com and taking your own Personal Health Survey (This is free to do).
Answer the questions about your health, lifestyle, what medications you take, etc.
You will then instantly receive your personal vitamin recommendations. Take a look a mine-

If you decide to order it is $35.99 for a month’s supply. If you calculate how much it would cost to buy all these vitamin separately this is a good price. Assuming you are buying high quality vitamins. The convenience is also nice and I LOVE the packaging. You get to select your own storage box for the first shipment.

My favorite thing about the individual packs is that they are perfect for travel. If I can’t take my vitamins in the morning I can throw a pack in my purse and take them while I am out. Also great for vacations instead of lugging a bunch of bottles. Each package is sealed and has a ziploc opening in case you don’t take them all at the same time.

WIN IT!

Best healthy living tip? Cut out soda and all sugary beverages and drink water instead. After a few weeks, you’ll wonder why you ever liked that junk in the first place.

Girls and Teens to women worry ALOT about their hair. After a bad haircut…treat yourself to Vitamin E supplements. Take everynight before bed and in a month you will start seeing hair growing back twice as fast!

My best healthy living tip is to keep a daily journal where you log in what you’ve consumed, water, exercise, present weight and amount lost, feelings, etc. It will keep you accountable and honest in your efforts.
