Try to get the warranty enforced we confronted rude customer support and we finally gave up. The first time we asked for a replacement they sent us a poorly packed machine and the water reservoir arrived broken, so we used zthe new bottom and the old top. We called and asked for a replacement of the broken part and they wanted us to pay not only for sending the original machine back but also to pay for sending the broken replacement back; after much argumentation we got hem to send for the broken one at their expense and we stiull ha d to pay to send the original back. weeks later they sent another poorly packed machine which arrived also broken we send it back and months later we have not gotten the part back. Now the warranty is expired. We were tired and simply gave up. We have a broken machine at home. The second one broke within few weeks of been used after the warranty expired. they denied sending a refurbished machine, but by the looks of the packing it seemed to us we were given a refurbished item as replacement.
