Alright guys, it’s time for my Shaklee 180 vlog update for month 3. As I mentioned in my blog post, this past month was full of ups and downs. On the up side, I ran my first 5K (yay!!) —
On the down side, I didn’t lose any weight (boo!). This roller coaster weight loss (down one month, up the next) is beginning to make me crazy! I just joined Zumba and I’m trying to get to class 3 days a week when I’m in town. If that doesn’t work for burning calories, I’m not sure anything will.
I need to mix things up a bit with my Shaklee smoothies next month. Right now I’m drinking the vanilla, chocolate and strawberry with almond mild and fruit and it’s getting kind of boring, especially on days when I’m drinking a shake for both breakfast and lunch. I love both of the meal bars now and crave them for breakfast on the mornings I go to Zumba. I will be taking the bars with me on vacation along with the Metabolic Boost and Energizing Tea (still LOVE the tea!).
