My daughter is definately growing up fast. I got the certificate we needed for VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) and shopped around for some schools this week.
I found one today that is somewhat close to us. After taking a tour of the place I officially signed her up, so she is ready to go when school starts in August.
The place I choose is very flexible and I will pay just an additional $10 a day/$50 a week to have her stay 2 1/2 hours longer for lunch and nap. This gives me some extra time to get things done. The usual VPK runs from 8:30am-11:30am. This also will give her some more social interaction time, which she needs.
This is the first year we will go school shopping!! Ahhhh I am more excited then she is, but I know she is going to love it, and we can still spend a 1/2 day together
