A simple tip… don’t eat after 7:00 p.m. it helps with your digestion and cuts unnecessary calories.

I think the important thing is to always get up and move around. Once you stop, you will have a hard time getting back up. Thank you

I like to register for running races then train for them – I hate paying money for a race then not doing the race, such a waste of money.

Biggest tip I’ve learned is that success comes from making small changes such as cutting out soda, extraneous dressings, and reducing portion sizes. That’s much easier than drastic measures which often makes people quit their journey. Also, knowing that inches lost is just as good, if not better than watching the numbers on a scale.

For one, getting enough sleep at night means the difference for me between if I have enough energy to work out that day or not. Second, protein packed smoothies – kale or spinach, strawberries, protein powder (organic whey isolate), avocado, garbanzo beans, water and ice. They give one a lot of energy!

Keep changing up your workout routine to keep it interesting, you’ll be more likely to stick with it! Thanks for the chance!

228 Veronica Garrett March 14, 2010 at 10:08 pm

I keep a journal of my goals and my results. It helps to keep me focused .

229 Sand March 14, 2010 at 10:34 pm

I weight myself once a week to keep me on track. I also drink only water, coffee or tea with no sugar added. No soda or juices.

230 Heather C March 14, 2010 at 10:47 pm

My tip: Work smarter, not harder! Don’t just run through your workout without thought. If you concentrate on the right form and the right movements, you won’t be wasting your time.
