Ingredients

  • 1 package Idahoan® Signature™ Russets Mashed Potatoes
  • 5 cups water
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 oz frozen chopped spinach prepared
  • ½ shaved Parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Idahoan® Signature Russets Mashed Potatoes as directed on package.
  2. Fold in 5oz (half package) chopped spinach. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese
