Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 6 " pre-made pizza crusts 1 12" may also be used
  • 1 lb Hardwood Smoked Bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 10 oz frozen hash browns thawed
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzerella cheese
  • ½ cup of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle hash browns over pizza crust.
  3. Add Crumbled Gwaltney Bacon.
  4. Mix together eggs, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over the other ingredients evenly.
  6. Top with cheese mixture.
  7. Cook 20 minutes or until eggs are completely set.
