Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 jar 24 oz. RAGÚ® Homestyle Pasta Sauce (any variety)
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells cooked
  • 1 container 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella divided
  • 1 cup shredded Parmasean divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place a layer of sauce in bottom of skillet of baking dish
  3. Mix cottage cheese, spinach, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan and salt and pepper; spoon into pasta shells. Place shells on top of sauce layer.
  4. Add additional sauce on top of shells.
  5. Bake 25 min. or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
