Plain Greek Yogurt

Banana
sliced (½ frozen, ½ fresh)

Strawberries
sliced (3 frozen, 3 fresh)

Kiwi
sliced

Shredded Coconut

Oatmeal or Granola
Sprinkle Chia Seeds
Instructions
Blend yogurt and frozen fruit to create a smoothie. Optional: Add a splash of almond milk if consistency is too thick. Add to bowl.
Layer sliced fruit, coconut, oatmeal and chia seeds as desired.
