Breakfast BLT Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 slices Udi’s Delicious Soft White Sandwich Bread
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 egg fried over easy (or to desired temperature)
  • Optional: avocado cream cheese or mayo

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast Udi’s Delicious White Bread
  2. If optional avocado, cream cheese or mayo is used, spread on one side of two slices of toasted Udi’s Delicious White Bread.
  3. Layer one lettuce leaf, one tomato slice and two slices of bacon on one slice of toasted bread. Top with the second slice of bread. Repeat stacking of lettuce tomato and bacon.
  4. Top with fried egg and third slice of bread. Secure with toothpicks before slicing.
