Baked Brie Dip

Ingredients

lb.
Real California Brie cheese
rind removed
2
tsp.
finely chopped fresh rosemary
2
cloves
garlic minced
Crackers for serving
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cut Brie cheese into ½-inch cubes; place in a 3-cup baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Add rosemary and garlic; mix lightly.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring after 5 min.
Serve with crackers.
