Halloween Ghost Cupcakes

Adorably cute chocolate Halloween Ghost Cupcakes made from cupcake mix and marshmallow creme

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix + box ingredients
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Regular & mini Chocolate Chips or Gray/Black round candy decorations

Instructions

  1. Prepare cupcakes according to box directions and allow to cool.
  2. Cream butter and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add in powdered sugar until incorporated.
  4. Fold in Marshmallow creme.
  5. Transfer to a piping bag with a round tip.
  6. Frost each cupcake and make eyes with mini chocolate chips and mouths with regular chocolate chips, or use cake decorations.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
