Veggie Pizza Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 packet ⅓ cup dry ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • cup cucumber slices cut in quarters
  • 8 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup carrots shredded

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Unroll both cans and press dough into bottom and sides of ungreased raised edge baking sheet or cookie pan,
  3. Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until blended.
  6. Spread mixture over crust.
  7. Arrange vegetables.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
