Italian Baked Chicken Recipe

  • 2 lb chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 sun-dried tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a baking dish, add the chicken, salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic, onion powder and olive oil. Mix until well incorporated and cover with foil.
  3. Take to the oven and bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  4. In a small pot over medium-low heat, add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and mushrooms. Stir until it thickens.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and place on a bowl with arugula.
  6. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and garnish with the sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
