Sausage & Pimento Cheese Dip

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage
  • 1 container Pimento Cheese approx. 11-12oz
  • 8oz Cream Cheese cubed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes and green chilies


  1. Cook ground sausage thoroughly in a skillet over medium-high heat (no pink).
  2. Reduce heat to low-medium— add pimento cheese, cream cheese and tomatoes and chilies.
  3. Stir slowly until everything melts together.
  4. Serve immediately.
