Rosemary & Sea Salt Olive Oil Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

  • • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • • 1 cup LACTAID® Whole Milk
  • • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • • 1 teaspoon salt
  • • A couple sprigs of fresh rosemary chopped
  • • Course ground sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and LACTAID® Milk. Stir to combine.
  4. Drop tablespoon sized pieces of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Top each biscuit with chopped rosemary and sprinkle of sea salt
  6. Bake biscuits for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
