Tropical Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana sliced (½ frozen, ½ fresh)
  • 6 Strawberries sliced (3 frozen, 3 fresh)
  • ½ Kiwi sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Oatmeal or Granola
  • Sprinkle Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt and frozen fruit to create a smoothie. Optional: Add a splash of almond milk if consistency is too thick. Add to bowl.
  2. Layer sliced fruit, coconut, oatmeal and chia seeds as desired.
