Italian Pasta Salad

  • 1 12oz box tri-colored rotini, cooked and drained
  • 8 ozĀ  Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts cut up
  • 1 cup Italian dressing


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Gently stir until pasta salad is coated in dressing.

  3. Chill until ready to serve.
