Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Pineapple
  • 6 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and cut pineapple in chunks.
  2. Place in a zippered bag and freeze for several hours.

  3. Place in blender or food processor and add sugar.
  4. Pulse until blended.
  5. Serve.
