Blueberry Smoothie with Banana and Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups frozen banana chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated. Add a handful of ice for a thicker smoothie or extra almond milk to thin the smoothie out depending on desired consistency.

  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
