Spaghetti Muffin Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • Barilla® Organic Spaghetti
  • Barilla® Marinara Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees -
  2. Cook Barilla® Spaghetti as directed, until al dente. Drain & set aside. Optional: drizzle pasta with olive oil and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to coat.
  3. Brown 1lb ground beef or sausage in a large saute pan.
  4. Add jar of Barilla® Sauce. Stir.
  5. Add 2 cups spinach and let simmer until reduced.
  6. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each tin with cooked spaghetti.
  7. Spoon sauce on top and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
