Candy Cane Moonshine

Servings 4 mason jars

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Everclear 1 cup in each jar
  • 4 tbsp. Simple syrup 1 tbsp. in each jar
  • 4 tbsp. Peppermint syrup 1 tbsp. in each jar
  • 16 Candy cane sticks 4 in each jar
  • Also needed: 4 mason jars with lids

Instructions

  1. Fill your mason jars with candy canes.

  2. Add simple syrup and peppermint syrup to each jar.

  3. Pour Everclear into each jar until full.

  4. Place the candy cane moonshine in the refrigerator and let it sit for a week. Shake gently every few days.

  5. Drain moonshine into a pitcher using a strainer, removing all candy.

  6. Pour the candy cane moonshine back into mason jars and shake to combine before serving.
