Baked Brie Dip

  • 1 lb. Real California Brie cheese rind removed
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Crackers for serving


  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut Brie cheese into 1/2-inch cubes; place in a 3-cup baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Add rosemary and garlic; mix lightly.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring after 5 min.
  5. Serve with crackers.
