I received compensation for my work on this post. Thoughts are my own.
SOYJOY wants to know what brings you #Joy! My first response is always family. My husband and my daughter are an endless source of joy. I'm especially reminded of this during the Holiday season. Seeing my family's happy faces as we spend time together by putting up a tree and decorating it with our favorite ornaments or watching a funny Christmas movie. It's hard not to feel a swell of joy when you glance over and see your child's eyes lit up when they unwrap gifts! Making memories and continuing traditions warms my heart and I'm thankful for my family every single day.
SOYJOY bars also bring me joy. Usually the Holidays are filled with heavy foods and delicious desserts and while I don't deny myself, I do try to watch my portions and make sure I add in foods I can feel good about. I've mentioned that I'm a snacker and SOYJOY bars are a fantastic healthy snack alternative. I can stash a few in my purse - they don't crumble or melt - for shopping or travel and keep some in my cupboard for a mid-afternoon snack that I don't feel guilty for eating. They would make the perfect stocking stuffer treat, too.
Each bar is between 130-140 calories and is made with real fruit. SOYJOY bars are also certified gluten-free and made of non-GMO ground whole soybeans. These bars can be enjoyed straight from the wrapper, but try popping them in the microwave for 8-10 seconds for a nice pairing with your favorite coffee or hot cocoa.
Head over to the SOYJOY website where you can learn more about all seven flavors (from dark chocolate cherry to mango coconut, there's something to please everyone), shop from the e-store, or use the store locator to find SOYJOY near you. Connect with SOYJOY on Facebook for all the latest news and giveaways.
