I never knew onion dip was so easy to make! For years I have been buying it pre-made, but after trying my hand at it this morning (with just 3 ingredients!), that's a trend that's going to end right here. Not only is classic onion dip simple to put together... but it's even more creamy & delicious than anything store bought!
I found this great recipe at BJ's Cooking Club. I'm already a member of BJ'S Wholesale Club, but this additional micro-site provides even more value to my membership with online meal solutions and recipe ideas— their motto is Cook Smart, Eat Fresh!
Before I go shopping in store, I just check out the site to see what's new in the Cooking Club. This week I found a yummy recipe for Leftover Turkey Super Sandwiches (I will use this after the holiday!) and Classic Onion Dip, which I've made as an appetizer with veggies for Christmas Day. This dip is so good that I will probably make it again for both New Year's Eve and the Super Bowl.
