The Baby Borrowers

I LOVE the new show called "The Baby Borrowers" which airs on NBC and WE (reruns).  When I first heard about it I actually didn't have any interest in seeing it and it wasn't until I caught the first episode on WE that I got hooked.

If you are not familar, "The Baby Borrowers" gives 5 teen couples the chance to live together and become parents to babies, toddlers, pre-teens (with pets), teenagers and senior citizens. One teen goes to work while the other stays home and takes care of the child(ren).

Real parents volunteered to let the teens borrow their babies as they learn what becoming a parent really entails. There is 24 hour supervision as each couple has a nanny who watches over. The parents of the babies also look on from a house down the street and can step in at any time they see fit.

So far Jordan and Sasha seem to be the best fit parents, while Daton and Morgan seem to have the most to learn (and need to grow up). I also am surprised at how well all the guys seem to be doing while most of the girls have fallen apart at one time or another.

Two random thoughts: I just love the song in the opening credits ("Something About You" by Five For Fighting) and one of the moms has the most darling baby sling!

I did a little research and it is by Hotslings® in Reversible Eye Candy

The Baby Borrowers airs Wednesday nights at 9/8c
