Bridesmaid Dresses for a Nautical Themed Wedding

This post is brought to you by DressFirst.

Before my sister got married this past summer, shopping for bridesmaids dresses was a real hassle. As the matron of honor I thought that I should have at least some say in which style dress I would wear... but I was wrong. With the wedding party located in different parts of the state we had no choice but to rely on the decision of the bride. While my dress looked OK, I would've preferred something different.

My sister had a nautical themed wedding on a cruise ship with the primary color being navy. It was a great theme and an interesting palette with a million dress possibilities. Unfortunately my sister chose a plain dress for me and the other bridesmaids without consulting us. If I had a little input, I would have no doubt shopped online for our dresses at a retailer like DressFirst, which specializes in special occasion dresses. DressFirst has a huge selection of dresses in every price point and size, which can be shipped anywhere in the country. It would have made dress shopping easier on everyone.

Here are a few of my picks -- what do you think?

I simply want to input that you have a good website and I enjoy the design and artcles in it.
