Like most first-time moms, I poured over the pages of “What to Expect When You’re Expectingâ€â€“ the book was (and still is) the bible for moms-to-be. It’s been almost eight years since I was pregnant, but the high’s and low’s of pregnancy are still embedded in my mind. Thankfully, my little sister just had her first child – Yay! I’m an aunt! — and I’ve been able to relive some of the joys of what it’s like to have a newborn — minus the lack of sleep.
