Primrose Schools, the Leader in Education Child Care, is helping the fight against childhood obesity with their second annual Family Dance Off, benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Childhood obesity has tripled in the last 30 years, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

Childhood obesity can be prevented, and you can help!

Primrose Schools is inviting families across the country to submit 30-second dance videos to FamilyDanceoff.com to compete to win cash prizes and a donation to their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

Dancing is a great way to stay fit, for both children and adults. Kids see dancing as a fun, creative activity and don't realize that it's actually helping them stay fit and active. As parents, we should be encouraging dance as it make for happier and healthier kids 🙂

Entering Primrose Schools’ Family Dance-off competition is easy. Simply film your family’s best moves and upload your video to FamilyDanceoff.com by March 19. You can even watch other entries and vote for your favorites...there are some cute and funny videos!

My daughter is really in to dancing and I am going to encourage her to choreograph some moves for us to make a video this week (this is the last week).

Two finalists will be selected from each week from the most number of votes. Fourteen finalists will then compete in Finalist Voting Week March 20-26.

So, what are you waiting for? Get your dance on and help fight childhood obesity with Primrose Schools.

This is a compensated post on behalf of Primrose Schools, all opinions are my own.
