Your Shape Challenge – Week 2

I didn’t lose any weight during the first week of the Your Shape Challenge. I am 100% sure it’s because I haven’t changed my diet.

My Your Shape workouts are doing great. I am not bored and they have been challenging enough. I really like how the whole game is set up and each of my workouts have been different. I’m up to 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week.

Next week I won’t be able to workout as much as I will be in Quebec City. I also don’t plan on dieting while I’m out of town. I have been told I need to try some Poutine – french fries, cheese curds and gravy – definitely not diet friendly!

Once I come back I am going to add a healthy diet to the mix and see what happens. I am determined to lose 15-20lbs in the next 3 months.

The latest issue of Cooking Light has a “light” recipe for Poutine. It still has 11 grams of fat for a 1/2 cup serving.
