Summer wouldn’t be summer without frozen treats, right!? But save the kids stuff for, well, your kids and have a little icy fun of your own with one of these Summer Poptails.
I have to admit, I can’t believe I didn’t think of taking my favorite alcoholic beverage, which happens to be a margarita, and freezing it into an ice pop before it became of “thing”. But now that this trend is on my radar, there will be no stopping me this summer! I plan to make Margarita Poptails in both lime and strawberry, and I love the idea of putting a little salt or sugar at the bottom of the popsicle for extra flavor!
Other fun boozy ice pop ideas include Sangria, both red and white with real fruit chunks, Mojito with fresh mint and lime slices, and the ever so popular Cosmopolitan. Then there’s also all of the “already frozen” drinks like coladas and daiquiris with literally hundreds of flavor combinations. I have a feeling I’m going to enjoy staying cool with these frozen treats this summer!
