Pinterest finally got me. I needed a quick and easy idea for my daughter’s teacher as her class is celebrating “Teacher Appreciation Week”. The week begins with bringing the teacher a sweet treat, and since I only realized this at 11:00 pm on Sunday night… AND we only had lollipops … my options were pretty limited.
Searching “Lollipop Card” on Pinterest will get you the tutorial for this ridiculously easy DIY craft.
Lollipop Valentine Card Craft
1. Take photo of child with hand in a fist — as if holding a lollipop.
2. Open in photo editing program and add text — make sure the text isn’t covering lollipop.
3. Print photo.
4. Use scissors or an X-acto knife to make two holes: one on top and one on bottom of hand.
5. Insert lolliop to make it look as if child is holding it.
Voila! A Pinterest craft that cost less than a $1 and 10 minutes of your time to make 🙂
