Guess what!? I’m headed to NYC next week for BlogHer ’12!
This will be my third BlogHer conference, with the last one being in 2010. Things kind of came together at the last minute and I haven’t been too active in planning for parties or meetings with brands. I’m going to “wing it” this year, having only RSVP’ed for two off-site events … Hello, Getting Gorgeous and Lands’ End! … but, I’m sure there won’t be a lack of things to do, or people to meet.
I have a full conference pass and I’m going to try to pop into a few sessions, but nothing is set in stone. I’m staying with some awesome blogging friends at two different hotels. One of which is the Omni Berkshire Place — I’m surprised to say this will be my first stay at an Omni hotel, and I’m excited to check it out. In lieu of attending parties on Thursday night, I’m going to see Cirque du Soleil Zarkana at Radio City Music Hall. I’m a huge Cirque fan and the previews for this one look amazing.

More than anything, I’m hoping to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, make connections with PR to bring new content to Mommy Musings, and BE INSPIRED 🙂
