Alright guys-- I've been on the Shaklee 180 program for a month now, and I'm sure you're curious to know how it's been going. To be honest, I didn't lose any weight. I did see a 3 lb drop my first week, but gained it back the second, and so on for the last two weeks of March. I'm pretty much where I started. There may have been an inch or two loss in my measurements and I will update that info in the next post.
As far as what went wrong, I don't believe it was the Shaklee 180 program, but rather the choices I made for dinner -- this month included a spring break trip to Miami, my birthday and Easter (!!!) -- and generally snacking after dinner. I stuck to Shaklee for breakfast and lunch pretty religiously. I also didn't exercise as much as I would have liked. It's all good though -- I'm ready for month two!

I am still very motivated, and I'm confident that I can lose weight with the Shaklee 180 program. It may take a little longer than I expected, but I know I can reach my goal of losing 25 lb over the next 5 months.

So you didn't have a great month. Well at least you are trying! Brush yourself off and go for it next month. You know what you need to do so just go for it. I am proud of you for trying and sharing your journey with us.

Great job and I love your introduction for the video! I think it is hard to get in a habit of making eating a healthy dinner to not go over the calories. You'll get the hang of it and I'm excited to see if you lost an inches! I'm here to cheer you on and I loved hearing your voice and seeing your face! Keep up the good work!!!
