I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Jif. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
My family could live on sandwiches. Seriously. There's not a day that goes by where I'm not making a ham, turkey or PB&J. Sandwiches are quick, inexpensive and satisfying ... making them hard not to love!
Our favorite brand of peanut butter, Jif, is running their Most Creative Sandwich Contest from now through November 8th. Parents with children ages 6-12 can submit their original sandwich (made with 2 tablespoons of Jif products) for a chance to win a $25,000 college fund and a trip to New York City!
I admit, I don't get too creative and usually go for the standard meat and cheese or peanut butter and jelly variety, but it would be fun to come up with something new. For a little inspiration, here's a winning sandwich from a previous year— the Tropical Fantasy.
To enter, head on over to http://www.jif.com/Promotions/Most-Creative-Peanut-Butter and submit your recipe before November 8th. I can't wait to see the most creative sandwich for 2013!

I wouldn't have ever come up with it, but that winning sandwich does sound good. 🙂 I'll have to check out some of the new entries too. Thanks.

I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for this. New ideas would be fabulous!

What a fun contest and I would really do anything to be a sandwich sampling judge!

I admit I'm not creative at all when it comes to my peanut butter sandwiches. I eat it plain. Always. But I should experiment with other ingredients with my peanut butter.

I sometimes make a good, interesting sandwich, so maybe I'll enter 🙂

We don't eat sandwiches very often. My kids eat one for lunch frequently but other than that I often forget they are an option.

I'm boring with sandwiches too, but that Tropical Fantasy looks yummy!
