It’s kind of a tradition now that every holiday I cook a turkey. You would think, after all these years, I’d know how to prepare the perfect bird— but I don’t. The night before the big cooking day I’m usually scouring the internet for turkey recipes. I’m planning on brining my turkey this time around and found a great recipe using soy sauce (who knew!?) along recipes for Honey Cranberry Sauce, Homemade Cornbread Stuffing and Golden Mashed Potatoes with Chives ... doesn’t it all sound delish?
Then, when the holiday is over, there are oodles of recipes for making good use of leftover turkey. I can definitely see Chinese Turkey Salad and Pulled Turkey Sandwiches in my future!
