My family and I are taking the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge to improve our overall oral health. The timing is perfect because I just made an appointment today to get my teeth cleaned at the end of next month. I’m very curious to see how much of a difference 21 days can make with a dedicated oral care routine with LISTERINE brand products.
 So what is the Listerine 21-Day Challenge?
For the next 21 days my family will be using LISTERINE products & swishing twice a day, morning and at night. This new routine includes LISTERINE® WHITENING Original Gel Fluoride Anticavity Toothpaste, LISTERINE® Antiseptic Mouthwash and LISTERINE® ULTRACLEAN™ Floss.
My daughter will be using the same products except she’ll be rinsing her mouth with LISTERINE  SMART RINSE®. We also have a stash of LISTERINE POCKETPAKS® to keep our breath fresh in between cleanings.
The LISTERINE 21-day challenge isn’t far off from our usual routine, though I’m hoping the challenge will help me be more consistent. I admit I don’t floss every night, and only rinse with mouthwash a few times per week. My daughter is completely new to rinsing with mouthwash, so it will be interesting to see any changes. Brushing isn’t a problem for any of us, but I recently learned that brushing alone misses 75% of your mouth — crazy, right!? If LISTERINE can get my mouth even 90% clean then I’m all in!
