It’s been 21 days since I started the LISTERINE 21-DAY Oral Care Challenge and my mouth has never felt cleaner! I know that’s a big statement right there, but when you’re using Listerine brand products, especially LISTERINE® Antiseptic Mouthwash, twice a day, the results speak for themselves.
After getting into the habit of brushing, flossing and swishing with Listerine, I found that my mouth looked forward to the routine. Just brushing wasn’t enough by my second week– I had to have that final swish of mouthwash for the feeling of ultimate freshness. Remember, brushing alone misses 75% of your mouth!
My family equally enjoyed the LISTERINE 21-DAY Oral Care Challenge. My daughter practically begged me to swish with LISTERINE SMART RINSE every day … and who could blame her, there’s FROZEN characters on the bottle!

Now that the challenge is over, I plan to continue with my new oral care routine. I actually looked forward to the daily emails that the challenge provided and felt as if they guided me in other routines that I needed set in my life. Once you can commit to one small change, it’s easy to get on the bandwagon to establish and stick with other healthy habits. Since the challenge I have been working on creating healthy meal plans for my family. So far, so good!
