Being a wife and mother definitely has its challenges. You really can’t predict what will happen day to day, with so much going on between the never-ending school car line, work, extracurricular activities and keeping the family fed … it’s always an adventure! You know you’ve really hit your peak as a parent when you kid comes to you the night before the science fair asking for help on their project, which they haven’t started! Driving around at 10pm for poster board is never a fun ride.
Even with these little mishaps, which seem to happen on a constant basis, there’s nothing in the world I would change about my life as a wife and mom. There are times though, when I need a little uninterrupted “me time”.
Thankfully, Milano Cookies introduced 3 new flavors so I can have a few moments of bliss to myself. Granted, I have to hide the bag from my husband and daughter, because together they would eat the bag in a single sitting— but as of now neither have found my secret hiding spot! All it takes is 2 or 3 Milano Cookies to put me in my happy place.
