That’s exactly what I found on a recent visit to Cancun, Mexico at Dreams Riviera Cancun.
When I walked into the open-air lobby, my mouth dropped. When I was handed a glass of champagne, I thought, “this is my type of vacation”.
Once I checked into my preferred room, I was met with a hot tub and an ocean view.
(First floor guest rooms with personal plunge pools are also an option for families)
And a stocked mini-fridge. With bottled Coke (!!!), water, juice and beer. Restocked daily.
And a very cool room layout.

Yes, I think I could get used to this!

Who could visit Mexico and not have a margarita or ten?
All international and domestic premium brand alcoholic beverages are included. As well as natural fruit juices and soft drinks.
Beverages are served at seven bars throughout the resort, including a swim-up pool bar and beach bar.
Children’s Program
The Explorer’s Club offers a complimentary, fully supervised children’s program for kids ages 3-12. Daily activities include sandcastle competitions, arts and crafts, movies on the beach and Euro-bungee.

While the spa is not complimentary, its the perfect indulgence after a day in the sun. The outdoor hydrotherapy circuit refreshes and revitalizes. Massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and a full service beauty salon are also available.
The complimentary fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, cardio machines, stationary bikes and free weights.
