The day has finally arrived. My daughter's first day of kindergarten!
I wish I had some nice photos to share of this special day, but I do not. You see, I bought a new camera from Dell after my Nikon just plain wore out on me. I did this over 2 weeks ago, thinking that surely it would be here in time for my daughter's first day of school. WRONG! Dell still has not shipped my new camera, and I can't find my old one. SO this day is sad for me becasue I do not have a quality picture to share.
Crackberry came through for me to at least get this shot of my baby!
Believe it or not, with the exception of the camera, this day was pretty uneventful. No tears were shed and my husband and I made it the sea of children and parents as excited about school as we were. We didn't stay for the parent welcome breakfast because my husband wanted to go home, which I did want to do and now regret. I mean how can anyone pass up free Dunkin Donuts coffee and bagels? My husband can.
So now I am home alone, and beside myself on what I should actually be doing with my time. I really should use this time wisely and try to make some more money or something, or maybe clean...really anything but take a nap, but that is all I feel like doing.
Is it sad that I can't wait until 3 o'clock to come around so I pick up my daughter from school?
Ahhh...what to do, what to do?

She looks adorable ! What do you think about uniforms? I commend you on no crying, but question your decision about passing up the Dunkin Donuts too. But, it would have been a mad house, so maybe it was a good idea.

I LOVE the uniforms! SO much cheaper and easier to dress everyday.
