Yes, slime can actually be beneficial for kids! Playing with slime can help improve fine motor skills and sensory processing. It's also a great way to relieve stress! So go ahead and let your kids have some fun with this easy Blue Raspberry ICEE Slime recipe.
What Makes Blue Raspberry ICEE Slime Special?
Blue Raspberry ICEE Slime is special because it's got ICEE texture! This is done with the inclusion of fake snow. This is kind of an unusual texture, crispy, scrunchy and a little weird. But it's really fun and unique!
How Do You Clean-up After Playing With Slime?
Slime is easy to clean-up! You can wipe any solid surfaces that the slime came into contact with using warm water. This will get up any residue. For this specific slime, I did find that the inclusion of the fake snow led to little bits of fake snow flaking off and making a bit of a mess with those. But they're not sticky or anything, so they can just be wiped-up too, or vacuumed up if you wanted.
What Do You Do If The Slime Gets On the Carpet?
If the slime gets on the carpet, don't worry! Just let it dry and then vacuum it up. Blue food coloring may stain light-colored carpets, so you may want to test a small area first. If you have trouble getting it out, you can try a little vinegar.
How Do You Store Blue Raspberry ICEE Slime?
Blue Raspberry ICEE Slime should be stored in an airtight container. We like to use mason jars or ziplock bags. You can also store it in the fridge if you want it to last even longer! Blue Raspberry ICEE Slime will last for months if stored properly.
