Back to school season came and went, and now that we're in the midst of the the first half of the school year, many good intentions are dying down. Or at least they are for me. I always plan to get up early and have a good breakfast ready for my daughter— but, let's be honest, that enthusiasm doesn't hold up past the first week of school.
Now, we're just barely making it to school on time because we all want to snooze another 5-10 minutes...
Breakfast is still a must though, so instead of bacon and eggs, I'm pouring cereal in to-go cups. Thankfully, my daughter doesn't mind the cereal, especially when it's Post Fruity PEBBLES™.
The colorful rice cereal really gets the day going, especially when you combine it with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit! I've been making these Fruity PEBBLES™ Breakfast Parfaits the night before to have them ready as soon as we wake up. It really makes eating breakfast more fun, and the Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal adds an explosion of fruit flavor to the yogurt.
