A few months ago I was driving down the interstate, a route I’ve taken a million times before, and for the first time, I noticed a Tervis warehouse. Being a huge fan of their tumblers, it got me thinking: Maybe they’re based here in Sarasota? …รย Becauseรย that would be really cool.
If you’re not familiar, Tervis is a well-known brand of insulated tumblers, which keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. There are hundreds of designs, from college and pro sports to characters and exclusive prints … you can even design your own!
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, when I discovered a new friend on Twitter who works in the PR/Marketing department at Tervis. She confirmed that Tervis is a family-owned-and-operated business, andรย all of their products are made inรย North Venice, Florida — not far from where I live. This is awesome news because I love supporting local companies, especially when they have a product that I already know and รขยยค.
My new friend at Tervis offered me a giant 24oz HELLO KITTY Tumbler with lid. For those who know me, I adore Hello Kitty … How could I say no to this cuteness!?
This Hello Kitty Tervis Tumbler is the first that I have owned in this size — we have quite a few of the smaller 16oz cups. รย At first, you may be thinking that the tumbler size is just too large … but you’d be wrong! The 24oz insulated cup is the perfect size for drinking water (or beverage of choice)รย throughout the day, especially while you work. Even though I work from home, I love that I can fill this baby up and keep it next to me to drink out of for hours. Since it’s a Tervis, the water stays cold all day thanks to theรย double-walled insulation. I LOVE IT!
