err a kitten actually.
Let me start off by saying I love cats, but did not want one. I used to have the sweetest black cat named Jasmine that I got while I lived alone in college. Once I met my (now) husband, and we moved in together, he decided he didn't like Jasmine and we had to give her to my mother.
Fast forward to now, many years later.
It seems while I was in the bathroom at SeaWorld last week, my husband concocted a plan with my mom and sister to buy my daughter a kitten for her 5th birthday. Leaving me completely out of the equation. Why? Well because I have stated on many occasions that I did not want any pets, including a cat, because they are messy (who wants to clean a litter box?) and it's just another added expense. My husband knew I would veto the cat idea, so he just left me out of it.
Funny how I had to get rid of my cat years ago, and now he is buying our daughter a new one!
The kitten arrived last night and she is cute. My little Princess has practically mauled the poor kitty to death, so I am sure the kitten isn't happy her new mom is a 5 year old.
Here name is Lily, but dh and I decided to rename her Coco, so now her name is Coco Lily.

Oh I'm a cat lover. Coco is soo cute. We have 2 cats right now in our home - Comet & Greyfield. Had a 3rd but had to give it away b/c it couldn't figure out the litter box. And, my Mother keeps our oldest cat.
